Most school apps are available either from ClassLink, the Windows Start menu, or the browser.
Places to check
- ClassLink: open the launchpad and search for the app name.
- Start menu: press the Windows key and type the app name.
- Browser: some tools open as websites rather than installed apps.
- Company Portal: approved apps may appear here on your managed laptop.
If an app is missing
Check the spelling, restart the laptop, then speak to your form tutor if the app is needed for schoolwork.
