Sound, microphone and camera problems are often caused by the wrong device being selected or a privacy setting blocking access.
Sound
- Check the volume near the clock.
- Make sure headphones are fully plugged in or Bluetooth headphones are connected.
- Check the app is not muted.
Microphone and camera
- Check whether there is a physical camera cover or mute key.
- Close other apps that might already be using the camera or microphone.
- In Teams or Meet, check the selected camera and microphone before joining.
If it still does not work after a restart, speak to your form tutor.
