- The message creates panic or pressure.
- The sender address looks wrong or unfamiliar.
- It asks for your password, codes or personal information.
- The link does not match the organisation it claims to be from.
- There are unexpected attachments.
What to do
Do not click the link or reply. Take a screenshot if useful, then tell your form tutor or a trusted member of staff.
