If your laptop is lost, stolen or damaged, tell an adult quickly. The sooner it is reported, the easier it is to help.
If it is lost
- Retrace where you last used it.
- Check your classroom, locker, bag and form room.
- Tell your form tutor as soon as possible.
If it is damaged
- Stop using it if there is broken glass, exposed wiring, liquid damage or overheating.
- Do not try to repair it yourself.
- Tell your form tutor what happened and when.
Parents remain responsible for hardware damage, repair, loss, theft and replacement accessories unless the school has told you otherwise.
