If you cannot remember your school password, do not keep guessing for ages. You may lock yourself out temporarily.
What to do
- Check that you are using your school account, not a personal Microsoft or Google account.
- Check Caps Lock and keyboard layout.
- Try signing in once more slowly.
- If it still does not work, speak to your form tutor and explain that you need a password reset.
What to include when asking for help
- Your full name and form group.
- Whether the problem is with Windows, ClassLink, Google, Microsoft 365 or all of them.
- Any exact error message you can see.
Never share your password with another student, even if they are trying to help.
